1. What Deletrazo is

A free educational app that teaches Spanish spelling to students in grades 3 through 8 and prepares them for school spelling bees.

It is not an official competition scoring system, and it does not replace the rules of whichever district organizes a given contest.

2. Who may use it

• Students practice without an account, using a nickname and — if their teacher gives them one — their class code.
• Teachers and parents may create an account in the management panel. In doing so they confirm they are adults.

Use by a minor in a classroom requires the permission described in our Privacy Policy.

3. It is free, and it will stay free for students

There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. We ask no one for payment information.

4. Acceptable use

By using Deletrazo you agree not to:

• Attempt to identify a specific student from system data.
• Use the app to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone.
• Interfere with the service, circumvent its limits, or access others’ data.
• Reproduce or redistribute the content commercially without permission.

Students cannot send each other free text. Peer help travels through a closed catalog of hints: that is a product restriction, not a rule that depends on anyone honoring it.

5. Content

Words, definitions, sentences, and rule explanations belong to Cabizz Group Corp. or are used with permission. Some material comes from lists provided by school districts, which retain their rights to them.

Teachers may add their own words for their class. What they write remains theirs, and they grant us permission to store it and show it to their students.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Practice works offline; what needs a server is the classroom and the panel.

7. No warranties

Deletrazo is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome or that the content is free of errors. If you find one, write to us — we care about it more than anyone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cabizz Group Corp. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and account closure

We may update these terms; the date at the top indicates when. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data from within it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
